Use of our Tell A Friend service is subject to acceptance of the following specific terms and conditions -

•  You will not use the service as a vehicle to solicit business or establish trade contacts.

•  You agree to indemnify B - Sortium Consulting Inc. against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, or expenses (including legal fees) asserted by any third party due to or arising from or in connection with your use of the service.
